Protection for whistleblowers

Every NovaTaste employee is responsible for ensuring that business is conducted honestly and with integrity and in accordance with NovaTaste's Code of Conduct and policies and all applicable laws and regulations. Individuals who report misconduct or a problem in good faith need not fear retaliation or negative consequences.

What is to be reported?

If you become aware of a suspected violation or misconduct, please report it immediately. This includes any actions that are unethical, dishonest, corrupt, illegal, harassing or discriminatory and do not comply with NovaTaste's Code of Conduct and policies.

Who can report violations?

Anyone who becomes aware of a suspected violation or misconduct is required to report it. This applies to employees, suppliers and customers as well as business partners and anyone who becomes aware of unethical, improper behavior.

  1. Download the SpeakUp App from your preferred app store on your mobile device. Search for “SpeakUp | Listen for a change” by People Intouch”
  2. Choose your PIN
  3. Scan the QR-Code or connect via the NovaTaste company code: 122445

Via phone call

  1. Search for the number of your country in the list below and dial the number.
  2. The telephone prompt will ask for the company code of the company you want to make a report. Please enter the code: 122445.
  3. After entering the company code you will be asked to select a language. Please follow the instructions accordingly.
  4. Leave your message/report
  5. Your message will be translated and/or transcribed and sent to the General Counsel via the SpeakUp System
