Salzburg / Saarbrücken, March 18, 2025 – NovaTaste, a global leader in taste innovation, has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Rosemarie Eppers GmbH & Co. KG (“Eppers”), a producer of high-quality spices and sauces. As part of the transaction, Eppers will be integrated into NovaTaste and the combined group will further strengthen its offering in customized taste solutions.

A family business based in Saarbrücken Bübingen, Eppers has been known for its high-quality seasoning products for over 40 years, developing and producing a wide range of spices, sauces and marinades for industry, retail and end consumers internationally. With the addition of Eppers, NovaTaste will be able to draw on the company’s unique expertise in the liquid segment, building on its existing strength in dry solutions. The Eppers site in Saarbrücken will become the European liquids platform for NovaTaste, bringing together the group’s entire European liquid know-how. Eppers will benefit from the expertise of NovaTaste in spices and functional products, and will also have access to the the group’s infrastructure and international network.

As part of NovaTaste, Eppers will continue to operate from Saarbrücken Bübingen under its own brand. The current management team will also remain with the company in key roles.

The closing of the transaction is subject to merger control clearance, which is expected shortly.
